Accenture's Retail within Products client service group is responsible for client account leadership, driving sales and enabling industry differentiation expertise through the assets and offerings we bring to our clients in Retail and related industries.
Your role…
As a Retail Industry Manager / Senior Manager, you will build and maintain enduring relationships with clients in the Retail. In these industries, you will design, maintain and sell cross-growth platform, industry-specific assets and solutions. You will be viewed as a source of subject matter expertise and innovation for the operating group. You will bring together offerings, people and assets from across Accenture to create value for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:

In the Industry & Offering area, the primary focus will be on:
•   Growing Accenture's market share in Retail Industry
•   Developing Retail industry-focused intellectual and commercial assets and foundation offerings
•   Bringing deep subject matter expertise across several of Accenture's Retail offerings
•   Continuously assessing market and industry needs
•   Driving sales based on industry specific and foundation offerings
•   Developing market-relevant Retail industry skills, helping ensure a healthy supply of junior resources from amongst the existing Analyst and Consulting pool, and developing the skills, competencies and knowledge of the junior members of the team

In the Client Leadership area, the primary focus will be on:
•   Building close relationships of trust with the client in Retail industries
•   Identifying challenges in the client's business
•   Translating offerings into suitable, sellable solutions and driving the sales processes
•   Working across Accenture to bring the best forward in sales and delivery
•   Coordinating responses to proposals and developing the skills to manage a project end-to-end.
•   Managing complex project deliveries on client engagements
•   Ensuring ongoing client and people satisfaction
•   Representing Accenture at industry events

In the Project Management Delivery area, the primary focus will be on:
•   Deliver high-quality solutions across Russian Federation's Communications providers
•   Originate and deliver strategic initiatives for Communications providers from strategy to process to complex technology projects
•   Interface with client executives to drive innovative solutions contributing to top and bottom line results
•   Work with a global team to deliver client programs and projects
•   Work with cutting edge technology
•   Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries
•   Work on a variety of projects ranging in both size and scope
